Alexandra Symeonidi, CFA, is a senior corporate credit and sustainability analyst on the emerging markets debt (EMD) team at William Blair Investment Management. She covers the metals and mining, oil and gas, industrials, and utilities sectors in emerging markets. Alexandra also coordinates the sustainability integration of the EMD team and is a member of Investment Management’s sustainability working group. Before joining the firm in 2020, she was a credit analyst on NN Investment Partners’ EMD team and previously worked on the firm’s multi-asset and performance measurement teams. Alexandra received a B.S. in economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and an M.Sc. in finance and investments, cum laude, from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
