Frank Wedekind

Frank Wedekind is a research analyst on the global equity team at William Blair Investment Management. He covers large-cap global financials. Before joining the firm in 2025, Frank was a portfolio manager on the internal active equities European team at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), covering financials and consumer companies. Previously, he was an analyst for a global concentrated best ideas portfolio, covering global financials. Before that, Frank was an analyst at Henderson Global Investors (formerly Gartmore Investment Management) for six years, focused on a global financials hedge fund. He was also a forensic accountant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received an M.Sc. in economics and international economics from the University of Nottingham.
