Kalpit Shah, CFA, is a research analyst on the global equity team at William Blair Investment Management. He covers small-cap consumer companies. Formerly, Kalpit was a research associate covering global financials and the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector. Before joining the firm in 2019, he participated in a development program at Allstate Investments, rotating through the investment-grade and high-yield credit research, opportunistic investments, and risk and return teams. Kalpit is a member of the CFA Society Chicago. Kalpit received a B.S. in finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
