Lisa Rusch, Partner

Lisa Rusch, partner, is director of operations at William Blair Investment Management. She oversees all aspects of Investment Management operations, including settlements, project management, mutual fund administration, alternatives operations, portfolio accounting, trade support, data reporting and administration, and risk management. Lisa is also a member of Investment Management’s executive leadership team and the firm’s extended leadership group. Formerly, she was responsible for the trade support, reporting, and data management teams, working closely as a key partner with investment teams. Lisa was the inaugural recipient of the Nicholas Award, given to a William Blair employee who exemplifies a number of leadership qualities. Before rejoining the firm in 2000, she was a business systems analyst at the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in New York, onboarding investment managers, banks, and broker-dealers. Previously, Lisa worked at William Blair as an assistant manager of the settlement department in firm operations. Before that, she was a branch operations manager for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Lisa received a B.A. from DePaul University.
