Nancy Aversa, CFA, Partner

Nancy Aversa, CFA, partner, is a research analyst on the U.S. growth and core equity team at William Blair Investment Management. In this role, she focuses on U.S. large-cap consumer companies. Before joining William Blair in 2015, Nancy worked in the research department and on the portfolio teams of Federated Investors for 10 years. There, she covered a broad range of U.S. consumer cyclicals and consumer staples equities for both long-only and short-only portfolio strategies. Before that, Nancy was a consumer research analyst with Victory Capital Management. Nancy started her career in investment banking with McDonald Investments. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Chicago. Nancy received a B.Com. from the University of Windsor and an M.B.A. from the University of Windsor.
