Nancy Aversa, CFA, partner, is a research analyst on the U.S. growth and core equity team at William Blair Investment Management. She focuses on U.S. large-cap consumer companies. Before joining the firm in 2015, Nancy was a domestic research analyst at Federated Investors for 10 years, covering U.S. consumer cyclicals and consumer staples equities for long-only and short-only portfolio strategies. Previously, she was a consumer research analyst at Victory Capital Management. Before that, Nancy was an investment banker at McDonald Investments. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Chicago. Nancy received a B.Com. from the University of Windsor and an M.B.A. from the University of Windsor.
