Paul LeBlanc is a senior regional director on the intermediary distribution team at William Blair Investment Management. He covers Northeast RIAs, banks, trusts, and broker-dealer intermediaries. Before joining the firm in 2026, Paul was a managing director at Victory Capital, representing multiple boutique asset managers to intermediaries. Previously, he has held sales leadership positions at Ironwood Investment Management, Invesco, Lazard and Natixis. Paul received a B.A. from Saint Anselm College.
