Tom Ross, Partner

Tom Ross, partner, is head of European distribution at William Blair Investment Management. In this role, he is responsible for business development and client relationship management in Europe. Tom is also a member of Investment Management’s executive leadership team and the firm's extended leadership group and is a director of the William Blair SICAV. Before joining William Blair in 2007, he spent seven years as a managing director at bfinance International, where he was responsible for developing, internationalizing, and leading the firm’s investment management consulting services. Before that, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised companies in the financial, consumer, and energy sectors on strategy, organizational change, and mergers and acquisitions. Tom received a B.A. from the University of Manchester and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
