Franziska Laepple

Franziska Laepple is a senior institutional relationship manager at William Blair Investment Management. In this role, she is responsible for pan-European client relationship management. Before joining William Blair in 2020, Franziska was a client director at Ninety One (formerly Investec Asset Management), where she managed client relationships in Germany and Austria. Before that, Franziska was a director of alternatives business development for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at AllianceBernstein. In that role, she was responsible for developing the firm’s alternatives offerings for institutional clients. Before that, Franziska worked in a number of client relationship roles at AllianceBernstein, serving institutional and advisory clients in continental Europe and the United Kingdom since 2005. Franziska received an M.A. from the University of Passau.
