Abby: It was really the digital working group—which is made up of about 15 people—that drove the launch of our podcast, The Active Share, and our Instagram account. And those elements really have given us the ability to connect with our clients and prospects and share our thought leadership in different types of ways.
Lisa: The creation of the SMA working group has been a really valuable way to foster collaboration and teamwork between operations, trading, and our end sales team. SMA stands for separately managed account, which essentially means that we’re focusing on wirehouses and clients. And we’re doing this in order to ensure that our end client has a positive onboarding experience and a positive first impression of William Blair.
