More Than a Paycheck

We want our colleagues see their work as more than a paycheck; ultimately, they should feel like their doing something positive—for our clients and for our communities.

Ultimately, the reason we all come into work and work at the company is more than just to get the paycheck or to have a job to go to or to pay the bills. Ultimately, what drives motivation is feeling like you’re doing something positive—whether that is for the clients or for your colleagues— or contributing to the communities that we all live in. And I think our vision, the vision that William Blair has, makes it easier to motivate ourselves to do the jobs that we do, because we feel like we’re actually leaving the world a better place.
